We have two apartments available to rent in the old fishing town of El Cotillo. The main attraction in El Cotillo are the wonderful beaches; to the north the beaches are calm and there is a series of lagoons which are ideal for swimming, whilst to the south the beaches are wet and wild – suitable for the lovers of water sports, but remember to observe the lifeguards flags.

El Cotillo Info
- El Cotillo is a small, quiet, unspoilt fishing village, with 2 harbours (the old and the new).
- The village population is approximately 600.
- There are a number of very good restaurants and bars; 13 in all!
- There are 4 small but well stocked supermarkets.
- There is a bakery in the village which bakes fresh bread, rolls, etc early every morning.
- Enjoy a “sundowner” at the old harbour, while watching the sunset. Mother Nature can provide the most spectacular of shows at this location. When the sun has set ramble off for dinner in one of the restaurants.
How To Get to The Apartments
From the airport by car
- follow the signs for Corralejo until you pick up the signs for La Oliva and join the FV10 road
- Do not go to Corralejo, merely follow the signs until you see the signs for La Oliva
- Then head towards La Oliva until you see signs for El Cotillo.
- Just before you get into La Oliva, there is a turning for El Cotillo to the left.
- El Cotillo is at the 37km marker on the FV10.
- Taxi journey 40 minutes from airport.
- Car hire is very reasonable on the island and is recommended from the airport.
Flights to Fuerteventura
Fuerteventura is well served with flights. Some of the main airline providing flights are:
- Ryanair – Ryanair have flights to Fuerteventura at different times during the week from a range of different airports.
- Aer Lignus – Fly from Dublin twice a week and from a range of UK airports.
- EasyJet – EasyJet have a range of flights to Fuerteventura from different airports.
- British Airways – BA have different options that can get you to Fuerteventura from varying airports.
- Thomas Cook – provide a range of flights to get you to Fuerte.
